Rules for using the service FoodGPT. Version dated 5 October 2026

1. Parties and Acceptance of Terms

1.1. The owner of the service FoodGPT (hereinafter — the "Administration"): Самозанятый Лежанкин Евгений Александрович, INN 732716427959.

1.2. By starting to use the service — by opening the website, sending a photograph, or registering an account — you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you may not use the service.

1.3. The Terms apply to all methods of access: the website https://foodgpt.ru and the application installed from the browser.

2. Age Restriction

2.1. The Service is intended for persons who have reached the age of 18 years. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years old.

2.2. Upon discovering an account of a person under the age of 18 years, the Administration shall delete it along with all associated data.

3. What the Service is and is not

3.1. The Service identifies a dish from a photograph and returns an estimate of caloric content and the amount of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, and by the packaging barcode — the composition and explanation of food additives. All output is for reference and informational purposes only.

3.2. The Service is not:

• a medical device or software for medical purposes;
• a means for diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of diseases;
• a substitute for consultation with a doctor, nutritionist, or dietitian;
• a tool for calculating therapeutic, pediatric, sports, or other specialized nutrition;
• a source of data for decision-making where an error in figures poses a health risk.

3.3. The classification of food additives is based on the list of TR TS 029/2012 and the lists of the European Union and is provided for reference purposes. It does not constitute an assessment of the safety of a specific product for a specific individual.

3.4. In the presence of diseases, allergies, pregnancy, as well as in any conditions requiring dietary control, decisions regarding nutrition must be made with the participation of a doctor, and not based on the Service's output.

4. Account

4.1. Registration requires an email address and a password. The password is stored only as an irreversible hash.

4.2. You are responsible for the security of your password and for all actions performed under your account.

4.3. One person — one account. Access may not be transferred to third parties.

4.4. The account can be deleted in one step within the application. Data is deleted immediately and irrevocably; it is impossible to cancel the deletion.

5. Free Access

5.1. Without registration — 3 request once. Usage is tracked by device identifier.

5.2. After registration — 3 requests per day; the limit is updated every 24 hours.

5.3. Free access is provided without any guarantees of its continuation: the Administration reserves the right to change or terminate it at any time.

6. Inviting Friends

6.1. Every registered user has a personal invitation link. When a new user registers using it, 30 bonus requests are received by both — the referrer and the referred.

6.2. Bonus requests are an internal accounting unit for requests to the service. They are not funds, electronic funds, securities, or other property. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, transferred to another user, or credited towards the payment of paid subscription plans.

6.3. Bonus requests are spent before the daily free limit and do not expire when it is updated.

6.4. The Administration reserves the right to change or terminate the bonus amount, conditions, and the very fact of its accrual at any time. An already accrued bonus does not obligate the Administration to maintain its amount in the future.

6.5. Bonus requests are awarded for inviting other people. Registering accounts for the purpose of obtaining a bonus — for yourself, for fictitious persons, automatically, or in any other way prohibited by section 8 — constitutes abuse. Upon discovering such abuse, the Administration has the right to cancel the accrued bonus requests in full or in part and apply the measures set out in clause 8.1.

7. Paid Plans

7.1. The terms of paid plans, payment, and refund procedures are determined by the Public Offer.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Automating requests to the service, using scripts and parsers, bypassing limits in any way, including by spoofing the device identifier or creating multiple accounts.
• Uploading images not related to food and product packaging.
• Uploading images of people, documents, as well as any images containing personal data — your own or someone else's. The image is sent to a third-party AI provider for analysis, and uploading such images violates these Terms.
• Uploading materials whose turnover is restricted or prohibited in the Russian Federation.
• Copying, extracting, and using the content of the service, including the food additive reference guide and calorie tables, to create similar services.
• Interfering with the operation of the service, creating excessive load, or probing it for vulnerabilities without the written consent of the Administration.

8.1. In case of violation of these rules, the Administration has the right to restrict or terminate access without warning and without a refund of paid funds.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. The service, its program code, design, texts, food additive reference guide, and calorie tables belong to the Administration and are protected by intellectual property legislation.

9.2. By uploading a photo, you grant the Administration the right to process it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request. The Administration acquires no other rights to your images.

9.3. You confirm that you have the right to upload the transmitted images.

10. "As Is" Disclaimer

10.1. The service is provided "as is" (AS IS) and "as available" (AS AVAILABLE), without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10.2. Specifically, the Administration does not guarantee:

• the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the calorie estimation, portion weight, dish composition, and the content of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates;
• the correctness of dish or product recognition;
• the completeness and relevance of information on food additives and the composition of packaged products, including data obtained from external databases and added by users;
• uninterrupted and error-free operation of the service, absence of failures, and data safety;
• the suitability of the service for your specific purposes.

10.3. Assessment by photo is approximate by nature. The same dish in different recipes can differ in calorie content by several times, and the amount of oil, sauce, and other ingredients in the image is not visible. Portion weight is estimated based on the viewing angle and tableware and is the least accurate value among all those returned by the service.

10.4. You use the service at your own risk and independently make decisions regarding your diet. Responsibility for such decisions and their consequences rests with you.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. The Administration shall not be liable for any damage arising from the use of the service or the inability to use it, including health consequences, lost profits, and data loss.

11.2. The total liability of the Administration in any case is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the last paid period; when using the free plan, it is zero.

11.3. The limitations of section 11 apply to the extent permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation. If any of them is recognized as invalid, the remaining ones shall remain in force.

12. Third-Party Services

12.1. Image analysis is performed by third-party AI providers, payment processing by the payment service Robokassa, and attendance tracking by Yandex.Metrica. Data processing on their side is regulated by their own terms and policies.

12.2. The Administration is not responsible for the actions, availability, and quality of work of third-party services.

13. Amendments to Terms and Termination of Access

13.1. The Terms may be amended. The current version, with its date, is always posted on this page.

13.2. By continuing to use the service after the publication of changes, you accept the new version.

13.3. The Administration has the right to change, suspend, or terminate the operation of the service in whole or in part at any time.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1. Relations between the parties are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

14.2. A claim shall be sent to support@foodgpt.ru and is reviewed within 30 calendar days.

14.3. Disputes not resolved through the claim procedure shall be resolved in court in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
