Rules for using the service FoodGPT. Version dated 24 August 2026

1. Parties and Acceptance of Terms

1.1. The owner of the service FoodGPT (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration"): Самозанятый Лежанкин Евгений Александрович, INN 732716427959.

1.2. By starting to use the service—by opening the website, sending a photo, or registering an account—you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you may not use the service.

1.3. The Terms apply to all methods of access: the website https://foodgpt.ru, the application installed from a browser, Android applications, and the Telegram bot.

2. Age Restriction

2.1. The service is intended for persons who have reached the age of 18 . By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2.2. Upon discovering an account of a person under the age of 18 the Administration will delete it along with all associated data.

3. What the Service Is and Is Not

3.1. The service identifies a dish from a photograph and returns an estimate of its caloric content and the content of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, and for a product barcode, it provides the composition and a breakdown of food additives. All output is for informational purposes only.

3.2. The service is not:

• a medical device or software for medical purposes;
• a means for diagnosing, preventing, or treating diseases;
• a substitute for a consultation with a doctor, nutritionist, or dietitian;
• a tool for calculating therapeutic, pediatric, sports, or other specialized nutrition;
• a source of data for decision-making where an error in figures poses a health risk.

3.3. The classification of food additives is based on the list in TR TS 029/2012 and lists from the European Union and is provided for reference purposes. It is not an assessment of the safety of a specific product for a specific individual.

3.4. In the presence of medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or any state requiring dietary control, decisions regarding nutrition must be made with the involvement of a doctor, not based on the service's output.

4. Account

4.1. Registration requires an email address and a password. The password is stored only as an irreversible hash.

4.2. You are responsible for the security of your password and for all actions performed under your account.

4.3. One person — one account. You may not transfer access to third parties.

4.4. An account can be deleted in one step within the application. Data is deleted immediately and permanently; the deletion cannot be undone.

5. Free Access

5.1. Without registration — 3 request once. Usage is tracked by device identifier.

5.2. After registration — 3 requests per day; the limit is refreshed every 24 hours.

5.3. Free access is provided without any guarantees of its continuation: the Administration reserves the right to change or terminate it at any time.

6. Paid Plans

6.1. The terms of paid plans, payment procedures, and refunds are determined by the Public Offer.

7. Prohibited Actions

• Automating requests to the service, using scripts and parsers, or bypassing limits by any means, including spoofing the device identifier or creating multiple accounts.
• Uploading images that do not relate to food or product packaging.
• Uploading images of people, documents, or any images containing personal data — your own or someone else's. The image is transmitted to a third-party AI provider for analysis, and uploading such images violates these Terms.
• Uploading materials whose circulation is restricted or prohibited in the Russian Federation.
• Copying, extracting, or using the content of the service, including the food additive directory and calorie tables, to create similar services.
• Interfering with the operation of the service, creating excessive load, or investigating it for vulnerabilities without the written consent of the Administration.

7.1. In case of violation of these rules, the Administration reserves the right to restrict or terminate access without warning and without a refund of paid funds.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. The service, its software code, design, texts, food additive directory, and calorie tables belong to the Administration and are protected by intellectual property legislation.

8.2. By uploading a photograph, you grant the Administration the right to process it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request. The Administration does not acquire any other rights to your images.

8.3. You confirm that you have the right to upload the transmitted images.

9. Provision "As Is"

9.1. The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without any warranties, express or implied.

9.2. The Administration, in particular, does not guarantee:

• the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the estimate of caloric content, portion weight, dish composition, and the content of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates;
• the correctness of the dish or product recognition;
• the completeness and relevance of information about food additives and the composition of packaged products, including data obtained from external databases and added by users;
• the uninterrupted and error-free operation of the service, the absence of failures, and the preservation of data;
• the suitability of the service for your specific purposes.

9.3. An estimate based on a photograph is approximate by nature. The same dish in different recipes can vary in caloric content several times over, and the amount of oil, sauce, and other ingredients is not visible in the image. Portion weight is estimated based on the angle and the tableware and is the least accurate value returned by the service.

9.4. You use the service at your own risk and make your own decisions regarding nutrition. Responsibility for such decisions and their consequences lies with you.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. The Administration is not liable for any harm arising from the use of the service or the inability to use it, including health consequences, lost profits, and data loss.

10.2. The total liability of the Administration in any case is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the last paid period; when using the free plan — zero.

10.3. The limitations in Section 10 apply to the extent permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation. If any of them is found to be invalid, the others remain in force.

11. Third-Party Services

11.1. Image analysis is performed by third-party AI providers, and payment processing is handled by the Robokassa payment service. Data processing on their side is regulated by their own terms and policies.

11.2. The Administration is not responsible for the actions, availability, or quality of work of third-party services.

12. Changes to Terms and Termination of Access

12.1. The Terms may be changed. The current version is always posted on this page; significant changes are displayed in the application.

12.2. By continuing to use the service after the publication of changes, you accept the new version.

12.3. The Administration reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the operation of the service in whole or in part at any time.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1. The relationship between the parties is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

13.2. A claim should be sent to support@foodgpt.ru and will be reviewed within 30 calendar days.

13.3. Disputes not resolved through the claim procedure shall be settled in court in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
