Consent to the processing of personal data

By checking the "I consent to the processing of personal data" box in the registration form on the website https://foodgpt.ru, I, acting of my own free will and in my own interest, in accordance with Art. 9 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", give my consent to the processing of my personal data under the following conditions.

2. Purposes of processing

Registration and authentication in the service FoodGPT; providing access to its functionality; compliance with free and paid plan limits; accepting payments and sending receipts; reviewing requests, claims, and refund applications; confirming the fact of receipt of this consent.

3. List of personal data

• email address;
• password hash;
• device identifier (random value in a service cookie);
• information about service usage: request counters, plan, access period;
• payment information: number, amount, plan, status;
• date and version of accepted documents.

4. List of actions with personal data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access) to persons specified in section 6 of the Privacy Policy, blocking, deletion, destruction.

Processing is carried out by mixed means — with and without the use of automation tools.

5. Term of consent

The consent is valid from the moment it is provided until the purposes of processing are achieved, until the account is deleted, or until the consent is withdrawn — whichever comes first.

6. Withdrawal procedure

The consent may be withdrawn at any time: by deleting the account in the application or by sending an email to support@foodgpt.ru from the address provided during registration. Processing will cease and data will be destroyed within 30 calendar days from the moment of receiving the withdrawal, except for data that the operator is required to store by law.

After withdrawing consent, using the service in registered mode is impossible.

7. Confirmations

By checking the box, I confirm that:

• I am 18 years old;
• the data I provided is accurate and belongs to me;
• I have read the Privacy Policy;
• the consent is given freely, of my own free will, and in my own interest.
