Consent to the processing of personal data

You accept this text by checking a separate box during registration. Version dated 5 October 2026

By checking the "I consent to the processing of personal data" box in the registration form on the https://foodgpt.ru, I, acting of my own free will and in my own interest, in accordance with Art. 9 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", hereby consent to the processing of my personal data under the following conditions.

2. Purposes of processing

Registration and authentication in the service FoodGPT; providing access to its functionality; maintaining a food diary and calculating a daily calorie target so that they are available from all the user's devices; compliance with free and paid plan limits; payment processing, including recurring subscription charges, and receipt issuance; handling requests, claims, and refund applications; confirmation of receipt of this consent and of the consent to recurring charges.

3. List of personal data

• email address;
• password hash;
• device identifier (random value in a service cookie);
• service usage information: request counters, plan, access duration;
• questionnaire answers: sex, age, height, weight, activity level, goal;
• diary entries: dish or product name, calories, protein, fat, carbohydrates, portion weight, composition and items from an analyzed menu, entry time;
• payment information: number, amount, plan, status;
• details of the consent to recurring charges: time, IP address, browser type, page language, plan, amount and frequency of charges;
• date and version of accepted documents.

4. List of actions with personal data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification, change), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to persons specified in Section 6 of the Privacy Policy, blocking, deletion, destruction.

Processing is carried out by mixed means — using automation tools and without them.

5. Term of consent

The consent is valid from the moment it is provided until the purposes of processing are achieved, until the account is deleted, or until the consent is withdrawn — whichever comes first.

6. Withdrawal procedure

Consent may be withdrawn at any time: by deleting the account in the application or by sending an email to support@foodgpt.ru from the address provided during registration. Processing will cease, and data will be destroyed within 30 calendar days from the moment the withdrawal is received, except for data that the operator is required to store by law.

After withdrawing consent, use of the service in registered mode is not possible.

7. Confirmations

By checking the box, I confirm that:

• I am at least 18 years old;
• the data I provided is accurate and belongs to me;
• I have read the Privacy Policy;
• the consent is given freely, of my own free will, and in my own interest.
